Aug. 24, 2016-First letter from MTC

My Dear Family,

I am now officially checked into the MTC. I have yet to meet my companion, but I have already received some Spanish workbooks, and today has already been amazing. Everyone is smiling, and I am so excited.

I do have one issue though already! I'm not entirely sure, but I do think that I may have left my Spanish set of scriptures in the car! If you could send those to me as soon as you can, it would be much appreciated.

How is everyone? I hope you are all doing well, and I will be praying for all of you guys. Tell the Pratt Kids I love their guts as well, and wish they could've come! I believe my P Day is on Saturday, so I will write you guys soon.
